The pool could use better maintenance!!! Missing dining options on-site can be a hassle!!! Declining decor and furnishings make the hotel look dated!!!

The complimentary light dinner during the evening social hour was a great way to unwind and enjoy a meal without needing to head out.

However, the pool area could use more stringent maintenance. I noticed the water was slightly cloudy, and some debris was left unattended.

The stay at Homewood Suites was seamless from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with a kitchenette, making it easy to prepare meals. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options in a spacious dining area. The hotel's convenient location allowed easy access to local attractions.

The only issue was that room cleaning was not performed during my stay.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement

Spent 6 nights in a spacious king studio with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for our family meals. While the pool area was enjoyable, cleanliness could be improved. Don't forget to request daily room cleaning upfront, as it's not automatic. Overall, a good experience!

absolutley disappointing, I did not expect barking dogs througout my stay! also, the pool was cloudy and filthy, with food debris lingering for days. How could they think it’s acceptable? I almost give this a good review if not for the lack of special treatment! maybe a little complimentary gesture would have sufficed.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Studio Suite, Non-Smoking. The room was spacious with a large kitchenette, featuring a full-size fridge and everything needed. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the location was fantastic, being close to DelVal U. The staff was really accommodating and made my stay enjoyable.
